Service Description:

Provides support services for seniors and individuals with specific needs that require assistance to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible
Provides the following programs and community support services for individuals to enable them to remain in their own homes as long as possible:- Adult Day Program
- Congregate Meal Program
- Home Help and Home Maintenance
- Lifeline
- Meals on Wheels
- Supportive Housing
- Transportation
Administers the following facilities:- Pinecrest Home, Kenora
- Princess Court, Dryden
- Northwood Lodge, Red Lake
- Sioux Lookout Branch Office
Volunteer Program- Relies on volunteer assistance to enable many of the programs to be carried out
- Encourages individuals to volunteer any amount of time for the Adult Day Program, Congregate Dining, Meals on Wheels and Transportation

- Completed application required for Adult Day Program and Supportive Housing through Ontario Health atHome - North West Area

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Individuals 18 years of age and older with specific needs such as disability, illness or injury that require assistance or seniors 65 years of age and older
- Residency Requirements: Surrounding area within a 10-mile radius of the city of Kenora
