Service Description: Provides support services for seniors and individuals with specific needs that require assistance to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible

  • Offers a personal response system to promote safe and independent living
  • Provides a pendant or wristband to wear
  • Connects to the Response Centre and immediately responds over the telephone

    Eligibility / Target Population:
    • Individuals 18 years of age and older specific needs such as disability, illness or injury that require assistance


    • Seniors 65 years of age and older
