Service Description:

Operates 3 long-term care home as well as providing support services for seniors and individuals with specific needs that require assistance to help them remain in their own homes for as long as possible

Provides a nutritious meal and a social activity for clients at a central location

Offers a time of socialization for attendees

Fees:

Service - minimal fee per meal

Application:

Must give attendance notice at least 1 week in advance
Payment for meal may be due at time of meal or invoiced
Must cancel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance
