- Renal Program that reaches out to assist patients in Sioux Lookout and Fort Frances

Assertive Community Treatment Team (ACTT)- Provides a multidisciplinary mental health team organized as an accountable (primary provider of services) mobile agency that functions interchangeably
Centre for Complex Diabetes Care- Provides expert care for patients experiencing complications related to diabetes
Maternity Centre- Offers prenatal and post natal care to women from a nurse practitioner, midwife, family physician or obstetrician
Ontario Breast Screening Program, Northwest Region- Provides free breast screening for women
Regional Cancer Care- Cancer Care
- Supportive Care
- Nicotine Dependence Centre
- Tamarack House
Supportive Care- Offers support services for current patients and former patients of the Regional Cancer Centre, their families and their friends
Tamarack House- Offers lodging at no charge for out-of-town patients and companions for the duration of their treatment
Thunder Bay Sexual Domestic Violence Treatment Centre- Provides initial emergency care only with the patient's informed consent
- Provides follow-up services accessible through the Victim Treatment Centre (VTC) follow up nurse
