Service Description:

Provides a comprehensive range of acute care in-patient and out-patient services to the residents of Thunder Bay and regional referral services to the residents of Northwestern Ontario
Provides the following services:- Screening and diagnostic mammograms
- Breast ultrasound
- Image-guided biopsy
- Patient support and education

Application:
|
- Individuals who have had an abnormal mammogram through the Ontario Breast Screening Program will be referred
- Individuals may also be referred by their primary care physician such as a family physician or nurse practitioner
