Service Description:

Provides a comprehensive range of acute care in-patient and out-patient services to the residents of Thunder Bay and regional referral services to the residents of Northwestern Ontario
Provides specialized interprofessional teams including Nurse Practitioners, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Dietitian to provide a coordinated approach to diabetes management and treatment
