Provides a comprehensive range of acute care in-patient and out-patient services to the residents of Thunder Bay and regional referral services to the residents of Northwestern Ontario
Functions as a community-based intensive case management programProvides rehabilitation, treatment, and support services to individuals with severe and persistent mental illnessHelps individuals to live successfully in the communityServices are provided by a variety of healthcare professionals, including:- Nursing
- Occupational Therapy
- Peer support specialist
- Psychiatry and family medicine
- Psychology
- Social Work
- Therapeutic Recreation
