Service Description: Provides a comprehensive range of acute care in-patient and out-patient services to the residents of Thunder Bay and regional referral services to the residents of Northwestern Ontario

  • Offers lodging for out-of-town cancer patients and their companions for the duration of their treatment
  • Provides kitchen facilities, bedrooms, a lounge, entertainment, and laundry areas
  • Provides a 24-hour on site attendant service

    Eligibility / Target Population:
    • Must be an out of town patient of the Regional Cancer Care Centre, who has an appointment at the centre or a doctor's referral

    • Must be independent in their daily activities
