Operates a 74-bed acute care facility and provides an array of services including: In Patient Services- Provides active beds utilized for general medical and surgical patients
- Provides acute, cardiac and palliative care
- Offers complex, continuing care
- Offers geriatric care
- Provides an intensive care unit
In Patient and Out Patient Services- 24-hour emergency department
- Cardiac care
- Chemotherapy treatments
- Diagnostic imaging
- Dialysis unit

- Pharmacy
- Psychiatry (Schedule 1)

Tertiary Care Services Arranges for transfers by land ambulance or by air with 24-hour helicopter service available within a radius of several hundred kilometers Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN)- Provides access to specialized medical care using video conferencing and other tele-diagnostic equipment
- Allows specialists to remotely examine and prescribe treatments to patients in their home communities
- Reduces the need to travel to receive medical care
