Operates a 75-bed acute care facility and provides an array of services
Investigates the possible causes of a stroke or TIA (mini stroke) and assists with strategies to prevent an occurrence or reoccurrence of symptoms
Key activities, conducted in individual or group formats are:- Blood pressure monitoring
- Education and counseling
- Lifestyle modification
- Lipid management
- Risk factor management
