Eligibility / Target Population:

- Individuals 12 years of age and older, concerned about their own alcohol or drug use or are affected by someone's substance use
- Adult Program: individuals 24 years and older residing within the city of Kenora
- Youth Program: youth 12-23 years of age residing no further than a 1.5 hour commute from Kenora
