Service Description:

Offers services, products, and information that remove barriers to communication, advance hearing health, and promote equity for people who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing- Sells a full range of assistive technology including TTY's, amplified telephones, visual and amplified alerting/signaling devices, and FM systems
- Provides consumers and the general public with information related to hearing loss, hearing protection, and the issues related to being Deaf, deafened, and hard of hearing
Administers the following programs:- Communication Devices
- CONNECT Counselling Program
- General Support Services Counselling
- Hearing Care Counselling
- Northern Literacy and Lifeskills Program
- Sign Language Interpreting Services
- Public Education and Information to Communities
- Authorized vendor for Assistive Devices Program (ADP)
