Service Description: Offers services, products, and information that remove barriers to communication, advance hearing health, and promote equity for people who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing

Supports people with vision and hearing loss
Offers intervenors who provide clear and accurate auditory, visual, and environmental information to allow individuals to participate fully in all aspects of daily and community living
Provides intervenors who assist in activities including:
  • Educational pursuits
  • Medical appointments
  • Personal business and legal affairs
  • Social services
  • Transportation to and from appointments

Application: Call, email or submit the online form for more information or to make an appointment; no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 18 years of age and older with combined loss of both vision and hearing
Languages: English * French * American Sign Language * Braille * Quebec Sign Language (QSL)
