Offers services, products, and information that remove barriers to communication, advance hearing health, and promote equity for people who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing
Offers literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication and interpersonal skillsHelps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education and greater independence

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Individuals who are culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing
- Ontario residents 18 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum
- Must have facility in English or in American Sign Language (ASL)
