Service Description:

The Atikokan Family Health Team includes: Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Dietitian, Mental Health Worker, Pharmacist and Administration- Family Health Teams allow physicians and other allied health providers to work as a team to focus on keeping patients healthy
