Service Description: Provides home care, personal support, and community services to enhance an individual's quality of life and to make them comfortable in their own home

Provides the following services:
  • Home visiting nurse program
  • Companion, homemaking, and personal care
  • Exercise and Falls Prevention Classes
  • Social Work services in the community setting
Adult Day Centre -- 321 Hilldale Road
  • Operates 4 days/wk
  • Provides a therapeutic program, day respite and socialization
  • Provides transportation if required
  • Offers Corporate Wellness programs and Private Pay
