Service Description:	Governed by an elected council of 13 members: the Mayor, 5 Councillors-at-Large and 7 Ward Councillors, municipal elections are held every 4 years Manages community recreation programs and facilities for all ages and abilities Assists individuals who wish to participate in instructional programs Administers a variety of registered programs including the following: Culture and Public Art Older Adults Programs/Services Child Care Centres Children and Youth Programs Recreation Programs Inclusion Services Aquatics & Wellness Community Centres Canada Games Complex Summer Day Camps and Sites The Key Services and Programs: Thunder Bay 55 Plus Centre - 55 Plus Centre Junior Inclusion Services Neighbourhood Recreation Program PRO Kids
