Service Description:

Provides programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability

Provides programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
Provides the following programs:

Client Services
Supported Employment
Supported Independent Living

Transitions Program

Provides support to youth with developmental disabilities to create a life plan for the transition to life after graduating from high school
Assists with various applications such as housing, passport, special services and Ontario Disability Support Program
Offers guidance for accessing further education, employment and training opportunities and community resources
Advocates on behalf of the family and individual
