Service Description:
|
Provides programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
Provides the following programs:- Client Services
- Supported Employment
- Supported Independent Living
Transitions Program- Provides support to youth with developmental disabilities to create a life plan for the transition to life after graduating from high school
- Assists with various applications such as housing, passport, special services and Ontario Disability Support Program
- Offers guidance for accessing further education, employment and training opportunities and community resources
- Advocates on behalf of the family and individual
