Provides programs and services to meet the needs of individuals with an intellectual and/or developmental disability
Provides training and supports to enable individuals to secure paid employment and/or unpaid placement opportunities- Provides instruction on developing job skills, social skills and good work habits
- Offers information about industrial practices
- Provides job coaching at places of secured employment as required
- Provides employment through various community contracts such as yardwork and snow removal
- Acts as a liaison between employer and employee
- Tailors on-going training and supports to meet the needs and capabilities of each individual
