Transportation - Non-Accessible and Volunteer - District of Thunder Bay

Transportation services for the elderly or people with special needs who are mobile (ambulatory). Most transportation services are provided by volunteer services and a nominal fee may be charged. Some providers may offer accompaniment services to health-related appointments.

COVID-19 Testing Locations

Anyone who needs a test can get one and does not need an OHIP card. Tests are available by appointment only at assessment centres and at pharmacies.

You will continue to have access to the care you need and the health care providers you have built relationships with. Home care continues as before and there are no changes to long-term care home placement.
