Service Description:

Serves as a non-political Chiefs Council which provides support and advisory services to six First Nation communities
Provides medical and health services and support to Keewatinook Okimakanak (KO) members and Indigenous clients Services include, but are not limited to:- Physician appointments
- Diabetes Support and Foot Care
- Wound Care
- Mental Health Support/Counselling
- Nursing Support
- Phlebotomy Services
Services are provided both in-person at the Clinic in Thunder Bay, as well as virtually to support individuals living in community
