Service Description: Provides medical and health services and support to Keewatinook Okimakanak (KO) members and Indigenous clients
Services include, but are not limited to:
  • Physician appointments
  • Diabetes Support and Foot Care
  • Wound Care
  • Mental Health Support/Counselling
  • Nursing Support
  • Phlebotomy Services
Services are provided both in-person at the Clinic in Thunder Bay, as well as virtually to support individuals living in community

Eligibility / Target Population: Must belong to one of the member First Nations within Keewaytinook Okimakanak Territory: Deer Lake First Nation, Fort Severn First Nation, Keewaywin First Nation, McDowell Lake First Nation, North Spirit Lake First Nation, and Poplar Hill First Nation
