Provides counselling, psychotherapy, education, and support services to assist individulas to make positive changesOffers support in person, by appointment only or by phone, video call, and online counsellingServices are confidential and address personal, family, or work life issues for individuals, couples and families
Provides an education group focused on teaching the 4 core skills used in dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT): mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation and interpersonal effectivenessHelps individuals learn to handle distress and intense emotions in healthier waysProgram is 10 weeks in length with participants taking part in weekly group sessionsHelps people with issues including- Impulsive behaviour

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
Individuals 18 years of age and older experiencing emotional distress or a variety of negative struggles, confusion, relationship issues or substance use difficulties
