Service Description:

Provides long term mental health services and supports to adults
Operates a voluntary, short-term residential program to support individuals experiencing a mental health and/or an addictions crisisStabilizes the individual and provides referrals to community agencies for longer term recoveryServices provided include the following:- Crisis support and counselling
- Basic living needs such as food, clothing and personal care items
- Daily living skills such as cooking, housekeeping and personal hygiene
- Advocacy, referrals and connections to community services

Clients must be in contact with law enforcement and experiencing a mental health crisis
|

Eligibility / Target Population:
|
- Individuals 16 years of age and older
- have mental health and addiction crisis
- are medically stable
- not a safety risk to themselves or others
|
