Service Description:
  • Operates a voluntary, short-term residential program to support individuals experiencing a mental health and/or an addictions crisis
  • Stabilizes the individual and provides referrals to community agencies for longer term recovery
  • Services provided include the following:
    • Crisis support and counselling
    • Basic living needs such as food, clothing and personal care items
    • Daily living skills such as cooking, housekeeping and personal hygiene
    • Advocacy, referrals and connections to community services



    Fees: None
    Application: Clients must be in contact with law enforcement and experiencing a mental health crisis
    Eligibility / Target Population:
    • Individuals 16 years of age and older

    • have mental health and addiction crisis

    • are medically stable

    • not a safety risk to themselves or others
    Languages: English
