Supports individuals involved in the criminal justice system (i.e. Court Services, Re-Integration, Programming, etc.) or those who might be at risk for involvementTransitional housing offers support to individuals experiencing homelessnessHousing outreach services are also available
Provides transitional and supportive housing to men and women 18 years of age and olderIndividuals are assisted with creating a stable life in the community through getting connected to much needed resourcesOnce individuals are connected to needed resources and services, they are assisted with finding permanent community housing
