Service Description:	Supports individuals involved in the criminal justice system (i.e. Court Services, Re-Integration, Programming, etc.) or those who might be at risk for involvement Transitional housing offers support to individuals experiencing homelessness Housing outreach services are also available Enables eligible individuals to be released from custody and supervised while awaiting trial Identifies the availability of a surety Provides neutral information about the accused at release hearings Provides supervision of released individuals and provides referrals to relevant programming and treatment

Eligibility / Target Population:	Individuals aged 16 years and older accused of a criminal offence who are not a threat to the community and qualify for bail, but do not have the finances or social ties to meet bail conditions
