Service Description: Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Red Rock Indian Band
  • Tribal Council: Independent (does not belong to Tribal Council)
  • Political Territorial Organization: Union of Ontario Indians (UOI)
  • Robinson-Superior Treaty


Provides services and assistance with the registration system of all issues pertaining to membership
  • Informs community members and leadership of current and evolving Indian status changes and issues
  • Maintains updated population statistics
  • Supplies forms, provides guidance for filling out applications and offers assistance in mailing to applicable departments
Provides assistance in the following matters:
  • Birth Certificate Application
  • Application for Registration of a Minor Child
  • Membership Application
  • Registration of a Minor Child Under the Indian Act
  • Registration of an Adult Under the Indian Act
  • Statement of Live Birth
Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS)
  • Encourages all members to apply for the new Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) card, an initiative of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC)
  • SCIS applications can now be completed with the Membership Clerk or mailed or presented in person at an ISC office and are available on the ISC website
