Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Seine River First Nation

- Requires initial assessment with Home and Community Care Nurse who visits community every Tue
- Needs are then determined with Community Health Representative and Nurse

- Members of Seine River First Nation
- Individuals who are considered elders and live alone or individuals who have had recent surgery or medical conditions which require assistance
