Service Description:

Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation- Tribal Council: Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council
(AKRC)Political Territorial Organization: Grand Council Treaty #3 (GCT3)Treaty #3
Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements- Provides transportation to any medical appointments within the community
- Provides transportation from/to Ojibways of Onigaming community to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist etc) in the city of Kenora and surrounding area
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation

- Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies
- Advance cancellation recommended

Members of Ojibways of Onigaming First Nation who require assistance with medical transportation due to illness, injury or age
