Serves as a non-profit volunteer organization committed to fostering the optimal development of children and youth through one-to-one mentoring services and growth-based programs
Provides girls and young women with a role model to share companionship with through regular outings, usually twice per monthPromotes the importance of staying in school and healthy relationships with family and peersEncourages leadership skills and independent thinkingRequires mentors to make a minimum one year commitment
