Service Description:	Provides confidential counselling and referrals to individuals, partners, and families on issues relating to HIV/AIDS and HepC Provides breakfast and lunch daily for rostered members

Application:	Individuals must have completed the intake process
Eligibility / Target Population:	Individuals who have been active with Elevate NWO within the last 6 months
