Provides confidential counselling and referrals to individuals, partners, and families on issues relating to HIV/AIDS and HepC
Provides confidential counselling and referrals to individuals, partners, and families on issues relating to HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C- Runs the Mother's Cupboard food bank
- Provides support groups and workshops for individuals living with or affected by HIV
- Offers HIV clinical care
- Offers Hepatitis C treatment and support
- Provides case management to help individuals with food, shelter, income and emotional support
- Provides an emergency financial assistance program to help with medical or health related costs, or with utilities or rent
