Serves as a political organization to protect, preserve and enhance Treaty and Indigenous rights of First Nations across Treaty #3 territory
Supports diabetes management clinics in Treaty 3 communities to assist individuals in understanding and managing their diabetes- Provides diabetes resources and educational tools to communities
- Offers education and self-management support to fit an individual's lifestyle
- Provides access to Registered Nurses and Registered Dietitians
- Maintains a library including many diabetes resources available upon request
- Provides an online list of health centres and diabetes supports across Treaty 3 territory

- Individuals with pre-diabetes, Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes
