Service Description: Provides culturally appropriate health programs and social services to the member First Nation communities

Provides support for the Community Wellness Worker (CWW) program through the following:
  • Develops and/or enhances skills and capacity for the CWW program to be carried out
  • Offers assistance with program planning and reporting
  • Supports the implementation and management of Aboriginal Healing and Wellness funded programs

Eligibility / Target Population: First Nation individuals living in the communities within the Dryden Tribal Area
Languages: English
Language Notes: Ojibway, Oji-Cree; available upon request

Frenchman's Head, Kejick Bay, Eagle Lake First Nation, Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation, Wabauskang First Nation, and Wabigoon Lake Ojibway Nation
