Service Description: Provides support for the Community Wellness Worker (CWW) program through the following:
  • Develops and/or enhances skills and capacity for the CWW program to be carried out
  • Offers assistance with program planning and reporting
  • Supports the implementation and management of Aboriginal Healing and Wellness funded programs

Eligibility / Target Population: First Nation individuals living in the communities within the Dryden Tribal Area
