Service Description:

Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the First Nation- Tribal Council: Unaffiliated
- Political Territorial Organization: Anishinabek Nation,
Union of Ontario Indians (UOI)Robinson-Superior Treaty
Provides a monthly bag of healthy groceries for participantsProvides items that reflect seasonal food and market priceWorks by individual or family paying fee ahead and collecting bag of groceries at a later date

Fees:

- $15 fee per month
- No charge for Ontario Works (OW), Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP) and Old Age Security (OAS) clients
- No charge for families with children ages birth - 6 years and pregnant women
|

Application:

- To register for program contact Diabetes Coordinator at the Health Centre
- Fee must be paid at Band Office (Reception) the first Friday of the month
- Receipt is issued which must be dropped off at Health Centre
- Pick-up date is advertised in community newsletter or call Health Centre
