Service Description:

Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Wauzhushk Onigum Nation- Tribal Council: Anishinaabeg of Kabapikotawangag Resource Council

Responsible for processing Non-Insured Health Benefits Service claims, coordinating medical transportation for community members and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements- Provides transportation to any medical appointments within the community
- Provides transportation from/to Wauzhushk Onigum to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist etc) in the city of Kenora
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments, hotels, and completing applications for mileage compensation
- Submits medical appointment travel, mileage, meal and accommodation requests on behalf of individual

- Advance cancellation recommended
