Delivers medical transportation services and assistance in making medical appointment arrangements
- Provides transportation from/to Seine River Reserve to any medical appointments (doctor, dentist, optometrist and mental health counselling) in the town of Fort Frances
- Provides assistance with making arrangements for any medical appointments out of town such as booking appointments

- Requires 24 hour advance booking; exceptions made for emergencies
- Must have medical trip authorization form signed by doctor/health professional during appointment and return it to Health Services Office
- Advance cancellation recommended
