Service Description:

Provides a variety of rehabilitation services, mental health and addiction services, and long-term care services
Offers a social and recreational day program for older adults who have Alzheimer's disease or a related dementiaProvides therapeutic activities which are designed to maintain an optimal level of independent functioning in the community as long as possibleProvides respite service for caregiversProvides the following additional services to registered clients:- Support and counseling
- Caregiver support meetings
- In-home assessments
- Equipment loan cupboard
- Assistance to access other support services
- Strategies for home management
- Minor health monitoring
