Service Description: To ensure that all people live in a state of dignity, sharing and participating in all elements of living in the community

Provides various housing services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities
Supportive Housing
  • Provides 24 hour supportive living accommodations
  • Offers a few rent geared to income units
  • Offers assistance with daily living skills including laundry, housework, cooking and personal care
  • Provides accompaniment to appointments and social outings
Supported Independent Living
  • Provides in home and out of home support in areas such as housecleaning, laundry, budgeting and grocery shopping to individuals living independently within the community
  • Offers accompaniment to social outings and appointments if required

Application: Apply through Developmental Services Ontario (DSO) for all programs (1-855-376-6673)
Eligibility / Target Population: Individuals 18 years of age and older with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
