Service Description:
|
To ensure that all people live in a state of dignity, sharing and participating in all elements of living in the community
Provides various housing services and supports for individuals with developmental disabilities
Supportive Housing
- Provides 24 hour supportive living accommodations
- Offers a few rent geared to income units
- Offers assistance with daily living skills including laundry, housework, cooking and personal care
- Provides accompaniment to appointments and social outings
Supported Independent Living
- Provides in home and out of home support in areas such as housecleaning, laundry, budgeting and grocery shopping to individuals living independently within the community
- Offers accompaniment to social outings and appointments if required
