Service Description:
|
Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the First Nation- Tribal Council: Unaffiliated
- Political Territorial Organization: Anishinabek Nation,
Union of Ontario Indians (UOI)Robinson-Superior Treaty
Responsible for fire protection and prevention, and administration of the Ontario Fire Code- Issues applicable burn permits required for brush piles, incinerators and open fires, excluding campfires
- Practises regular standardized training modules and members also attend external training opportunities
- Maintains a fire hall, equipment and 2 fire trucks; comprised of 12 volunteer firefighters

- Hazardous materials information
- Home safety
