Service Description:	An organization dedicated to supporting Canadians living with arthritis Offers a client-based program for individuals living with arthritis Assesses and provides a variety of services and ideas to assist people of all ages living with arthritis Teaches individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of arthritis how to adapt in the following areas: Pain management Medication updates Exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness Feeling less tired Protecting joints and the use of helpful devices Coping with the emotional impact of arthritis How family can help Adapting to their home or workplace Referrals to other services in the community
