- Medication updates
- Exercises to reduce stiffness, increase strength and improve fitness
- Feeling less tired
- Protecting joints and the use of helpful devices
- Coping with the emotional impact of arthritis
- How family can help
- Adapting to their home or workplace
- Referrals to other services in the community
