Service Description:
|
Provides financial support in the form of grants to Indigenous individuals and communities, with a goal of developing youth as future community leaders
Provides funding towards assisting Indigenous individuals with health needs and services that supplement existing health programs and servicesProvides funding towards equipment such as wheelchairs and hearing aids, travel, accommodation and home renovation for handicap access or special needs

Application:

- The application must be filled out and printed in a PDF format from the website
- Applications must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to your event or commencement of your project
- Can be submitted online, in person, by mail or courier by 2 pm on the deadline date which is posted on the website
- Applications not accepted via fax or email
- Notification of approval or denial will be provided 4 to 6 weeks after receipt in office
- A commitment of a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer community service is required as part of the application
