Service Description:
  • Provides funding towards assisting Indigenous individuals with health needs and services that supplement existing health programs and services
  • Provides funding towards equipment such as wheelchairs and hearing aids, travel, accommodation and home renovation for handicap access or special needs



  • Fees: None
    Application:
    • The application must be filled out and printed in a PDF format from the website

    • Applications must be submitted a minimum of one month prior to your event or commencement of your project

    • Can be submitted online, in person, by mail or courier by 2 pm on the deadline date which is posted on the website

    • Applications not accepted via fax or email

    • Notification of approval or denial will be provided 4 to 6 weeks after receipt in office

    • A commitment of a minimum of 4 hours of volunteer community service is required as part of the application
