Operates a self government and is responsible for the day to day operations of the Koocheching First Nation- Tribal Council: Windigo First Nations

Responsible for the day to day operations of the First Nation but does not have band status yet- Child and Family Services worker on-reserve provided through Tikinagan Child and Family Services in Sioux Lookout
