- Provides play centres with toys and materials for children
- Offers a variety of preschool programs
- Offers workshops on various parenting topics
- Answers questions about child's development
- Provides links to family services within the community
- Participates in various preschool programs with community partners
- Loans out adult resources on various parenting issues and child development issues
- Encourages parents and children to drop in anytime during regular hours to use the play space and learning centres
- May offer infant programs and loan of items such as baby monitors, high chairs etc; contact office for information

- Children 12 years of age and younger
- Infant programs (if offered), available for parents/caregivers and infants up to 12 months of age
- Drop In Playtime: Children must be accompanied by parent/caregiver
