Offers a community-based program to help increase graduation rates among Indigenous youthSupports students to successfully transition to post-secondary education, training, or employmentServices offered include:- Tutoring
- Mentoring from community members
- Leadership program
- Cultural program delivered by Elder and Knowledge Keepers from the community
- Financial support and advocacy
- Nutrition
- Various other cultural teachings and fun activities
